You can use your YouTrip card in the following ways:
- In-store: Make contactless, chip, or magnetic stripe payments with your physical card. Where contactless payment is available, we recommend using it. If contactless payment is not accepted, try inserting your card or using the magnetic stripe.
- Online: Use either your physical or virtual YouTrip card for online purchases. When given the option, always pay in the merchant's local currency (e.g. GBP instead of MYR) to avoid potential Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) fees.
- ATM withdrawals: Use your physical YouTrip card to withdraw cash at ATMs displaying the Mastercard, Maestro, or Cirrus logo. Enter your YouTrip ATM & Card PIN when prompted.
