If you are logged in currently:
- Open the App
- Tap the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right corner of the YouTrip app homepage
- Change Your App Passcode
- Tap on ‘Change App Passcode’
- Enter your current passcode
- Set your new 6-digit login passcode
If you forget your login App Passcode, you can reset it directly in the YouTrip app:
- Launch your YouTrip Mobile App
- Click on "Forgot?" option on the PIN page
- A PIN reset email will be sent to your registered email address
- Enter your new 6-digit login passcode and confirm it
- You're all set!
