There are several reasons why you may be unable to send or receive money through YouTrip Send:
-
The recipient has reached their wallet limit
You can hold a maximum of RM20,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) in your YouTrip wallet at any time. If your transfer would cause the recipient's wallet to exceed this limit, the transfer will not be completed. -
The recipient's account is not eligible to receive transfers
If the recipient's YouTrip account has been suspended, they will not be able to receive money. -
The recipient's registered phone number is different
If the recipient has changed their phone number or is using a different number registered to their YouTrip account, you may not be able to find them through your contact list.Check with the recipient for the mobile number registered to their YouTrip account and enter the number manually when making the transfer.
If you have checked the above and are still unable to make a transfer, please contact us at customer.my@you.co.
