How do I check my transaction history?

YouTrip sends an instant transaction notification for every payment you make. You can also view and search your transaction history directly in the YouTrip app.

To view your transaction history:

1. Tap “View All” under “Recent Transactions”.
2. Enter a search term to find a specific transaction.
3. You can search using the following details:
   • Merchant name
   • Location
   • Currency
   • Amount
   • Transaction date
4. You can combine multiple search criteria to narrow down your results.

Note: Transaction details are provided by the merchant and may sometimes contain inconsistencies, such as spelling differences in the merchant name or location. This may affect search results.

If you cannot find a specific transaction, try searching using different criteria or fewer search terms.
