Your application will usually be verified within 15 minutes after successful submission through the YouTrip app. If additional checks are required due to discrepancies in the information provided, verification may take 3–5 business days.
Once your application is approved, your physical YouTrip card will usually be delivered within 3–5 business days.
In the meantime, you can start using your virtual YouTrip card for online transactions as soon as your account is approved.
