How do I activate my YouTrip card?

Once you receive your physical YouTrip card, follow these steps to activate it:

1. Open the YouTrip app and select “Cards” from the bottom navigation bar.
2. Select “My card has arrived”. You can also activate your card by selecting the “Your Card Is On Its Way” banner on the app homepage.
3. Enter the 10-digit Y-number found on the back of your YouTrip card.
4. Check your registered email address for the card activation email and select “Activate Now”.
5. Set a 6-digit PIN. You will use this PIN for ATM withdrawals and to authorise payments at point-of-sale terminals.
6. Once your card is activated, top up your YouTrip wallet and start using your card.
